Dividend Policy

Flow Traders currently pays dividends annually in two installments, with a target aggregate dividend payout ratio of at least 50% of net profits realized during the financial year. In 2022, our interim dividend was €0.70 and a final final 2022 dividend of €0.80 was announced alongside the Q422 results and will be approved by the 2023 AGM.
